Great community This is a great community to live in. Gated with camera survielance. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Pool, tennis courts, sand volleyball, wooded walking trails and playgroud. Very nice and well maintained. Convenient to travel routes. (I-95 and US 17A)

Gated entrace, with walk around entrance This is a joke.. They claim "Gated Community", yet what they fail to tell you is that the only gated area is the entrance, that has areas on each side anyone can walk through, along with every other area that IS NOT gated/fenced
