I have lived there since 2002. I have always found the owners and staff to be quite friendly and helpful. The maintenance calls that I have needed done were completed quickly and the overall outside upkeep is way above average. The grounds tend to be very quiet, as people are usually inside or at the very nice pool. The buildings appear to have very good acoustical properties. While I have had different neighbors over the years, I have not heard a lot of noise from any of them. The complex is close to I-26 and the airport making it convenient for commuters and travelers.
