Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
I lived in a 3 BR Garden Apt. Response time to problems is slow and repairs are never permanent. I had a Master Bath ceiling leak that has been "fixed" three times now--same problem. There is a major german cockroach problem as well. Carpet is stained and has holes in it, and the kitchen floor has holes in the vinyl flooring.
