It was a big place for what I was paying for it. Being from the city I guess that $700/month felt like absolutely nothing to pay for a 3 br house. Anyway My bathtub upstairs always leaked into my dining room, ruining my computer. I begged for it to be fixed when I moved in and that never happened. When I moved in the carpet was brand new but none of my baseboards had been painted yet. All of my toilets ran constantly, so my waterbill was through the roof. The washer hookup leaked ruining my wall, which was never fixed. My neighbors were ok. Someone should have warned me that management knows everytime you step foot out of your house, everytime someone comes in and out of your house. Being in college I have a lot of friends over all the time, no need to send the police, suspecting me of dealing drugs!! The police came to my house for no reason at least 7 times, and left everytime with nothing they could possibly come up with that I was doing wrong. But for 700 a month....doesn't get much better
