I moved here about 2 years ago. I came to the area because of TWC being right down the road and it was a great location. I have 3 kids of which all are school aged. I am in the military but my husband works for TWC. I have went over seas for 1 year total and my husband and children stayed home at Forestbrook. The schools are great here which is a added perk. On Tuesday the office gives treats to the kids when they get off the bus. I think thats so sweet to care about our children which makes me feel like more then just a resident. When my husband was having issues when I was in Iraq he went to the office and the staff helped him though. I couldnt tell you how much I appreciate that. Their job is many here. This is a older community to I have had some work orders but all were completed. I also had a leak from the upstairs persons apartment, but they came same day stopped the leak, cut out the old ceiling and within days they came and put new ceiling in and patched it all up. I did asked why the hole was there for 3 days and they did explain that it had to completely dry out which makes sense. You cant close up wetness in a ceiling. I have no problems here at Forestbrook. I actually hope I am not transfered or anything to another station because I really love it here and it feels like home. I know others are complaining but I have nothing to complain about. The staff is great, the community is great, the schools are great and my kids are happy.

Funny how all of issues are fixed in one day. I guess you are a favorite of them at Forestbrook. Of course they are going to be nice to you because you are in the military and they don't want to loss that extra money that you are paying them for rent. I guess you didn't know that they are taking section 8 now, which means section 8 rent is most cheaper. This place is really "Hell" and I won't suggest this for anybody. My ceiling has been leaking and of they have not come to fix it. For all of those that say this is a nice place to live, I guess you are blind.

You know nothing . They DO NOT accept Section 8. Call housing and get your facts straight. Now go take your meds

This great raving nice comment about Forestbrook was obviously posted by staff. Homes too old. They make too much monthly income from tenants to not make renovations. The stairs are creaky and noisy, ceilings are soggy and leaky, and they charge between 690 and 700 dollars for those raggedy townhomes. I heard they actually went up 40 bucks in rent. They have not raised my rent since I've been here (little over a year). If they do, I am surely gone. Check out St Andrews Commons townhomes or Lexington Station Or Pavillion Towers..these places look like mansions on the inside compared to ForestBrook. Shame on Bell Partners for running these trashy places. They have a property Hampton Greene that is sooooo much better than these ones. Check them out online. Every property is better taken care of than these.
