I have been living here for more than a year. The service is never attended. They just have only 1 person to attend.
Also the floor have creaking sound.
Laundry is horrible.

Laundry is bad here but I have no problems with service request getting completed. Have you called the office yet to report a issue? I would assume not because had you called you would know they have two men servicing our homes. Give the ladies a call in the offce. They are really polite and will for sure take care of you. Oh yeah my floor made noises too but when I called they sent a floor guy here who screwed it down and now there is no more noises. The office girls dont know whats wrong unless you call. Remember you knew how old the homes were even though they are well kept you have to expect a issue every now and again. So call the office and get you issue handled instead of just complaining to the internet world who cant fix anything.

The office people don't care. Very rude, unprofessional and exudes attitude. I've been here for a couple of years, but I just pay my rent and go about my business.
