I lived there for two years. It is a fairly small complex, kind of old-fashioned looking. The staff was great--always helpful and friendly. Maintenance problems were taken care of promptly. The grounds were always extremely well-kept. Inside, my apartment was a spacious one-bedroom. There was lots of closet space. The kitchen did have 70's colored appliances, but these are being replaced with modern ones as they "die." My only wish was that I could have had a washer/dryer in the apt, but they only have connections in the 3-bedroom apartments. There is a laundry facility by the leasing office, though.

I would highly recommend Granby Oaks! Great place.
