This was my first apt with my husband. Very nice, family oriented community. We even had a small wedding reception in the clubhouse after our return from a Virgin Island wedding! 3 BR apt is HUGE, closet space incredible and a nice sized screened in porch. We were very happy there and loved the area so much we built our first home less than a mile away! There are a lot of elderly residents, but that added to the charm for us. There were also a lot of USC students. Clean/nice pool area as well. We always felt very safe.
