Have been living here for almost two years now. This place is about as good as you can get around here for the price. The staff is friendly and timely. As far as my experience goes, all of my maintenance calls have been answered promptly. They do a good job spraying for bugs and keeping the grounds neat. There is no problem with parking. The location is great--it sits in the West Columbia side of the river between Blossom and Gervais so you have pretty easy access to both the Vista and Five Points--both can be biked to pretty easily.

I only have two complaints with the place. First, some of the buildings are a little poorly built to handle noise. While the inside of my place is really nice as far as carpet and walls go, I can hear everything that goes on above me. It makes it somewhat difficult if you have a different sleep schedule than the guy above or below you. Secondly, they have a weird way of doing trash here--it only goes out once a week and you set it on the curb and some random guys they hired come and pick it up (seriously...its some guy and a lady with their pickup truck). There aren't any dumpsters or anything so it becomes a little frustrating, especially if you forget to take it out in time on the designated day.

Everything else though has been great. Its a bit dark outside in the parking lot at night I suppose. The laundry room and pool are both fine.
