I don't know if you ever have tenants comment on the guys who fix things in our apartments or not, but I just had to take a minute to let you know what a great job they are doing!

I came home early the other day to find two of the guys in my apartment. One was working on the leaky kitchen sink and the other was addressing my concerns about the electrical outlets. I was VERY impressed at how well the one in the kitchen cleaned up behind himself. Working on the leaky pipes under the kitchen sink was definitely a dirty job but after he left, I couldn't even tell someone had been in there. That was MOST appreciated. And the one who addressed my concerns about the electrical outlets merely explained to me that those particular outlets are controlled by the light switches in the room...boy did I feel stupid! But he was very nice about explaining it to me and didn't make me feel bad for having him check on something that was really not a problem at all. You've got some great folks working for you and that just makes me feel even better about our decision to live at Lexington Place. If you give them any kind of recognition for a job well done, please make sure they get one from me!
