Management charges you at the end for anything they give you a discount for when you move. They do not tell you this at that time. One of my neighbors was told she had to pay for 2 years storage fees. And if you do not give 60 days notice they charge you double the rent for the time left if you are out of your lease.

Beware of hidden charges. Read the lease before you sign.

Im sorry for your experience. I too lived in this complex. I have since moved and bought my first home. I can help you do the same (if you have not already done so). I just sold a house to a former Lexington Place renter last month. With low interest rates, her mortgage is LOWER than her rent. I can help all others move from tenants to homeowners. This is completely untrue!!! It is a 30-day notice for one, and for two there aren't any discounts given at the beginning because of the fact that the complex is typically filled up and there is no need to con people into moving in with a discount. Also, a "storage fee"? Really?!?
