I have lived at Lexington Place for a little over two years now. I love it, the grounds are kept up (and suprisingly green after this HOT summer), any maintenance problem I have had has been addressed quickly, though I really haven't had too many issues, and the staff has always been extremely helpful. I tend to lose everything I touch, and each of the 15 times I have asked for a copy of my lease, they just smiled and handed me a copy. My neighbors are great. They aren't nosey, but at the same time are quick to give a helping hand (which is great when I try to play Heroshema after going to Walmart.) The pool was the best over the summer, never too busy, but just enough people to where I didn't feel akward laying out there by myself. And I love that the pool is going to continue to stay open on the weekends, even after Labor Day (those of us pool-goers know that this is an extreme rarity in apartments!) The kids that live around me seem to generally be good kids, haven't really caused any trouble that I know of. And I swear the walls must be made out of steel, because I am quite positive I have the loudest children on earth, and yet my neighbor swears he never hears anything from my apartment. Ohh and I am deathly going-to-have-a-panic-attack scared of roaches and THANK GOD I have never seen one in my apartment. So, basically I think that these apartments are very nice and a really good deal for what you get.
