I lived there for about a year and a half, and in the first month, our a/c went out (in July) and it took about a month to fix it!!! In order to get your maintenance needs attended to, you must constantly remind the office. The way to get them taken care of is to write letters and write a lot of them. The management did not have a concern for the residents.. The complex is not ver well lit either, so it dosen't make someone comfortable to walk around. Please, just think twice about moving to Quail Hollow.
