I have lived at Quail Hollow for a little over a year. I have to say that I WOULD NEVER recommend this community to anyone. I have problems with leaky ceilings, toilet stops, neighbors dogs barking at all hours, and total disrespect from office staff. I have submitted several service requests. I do admit that the service department is ok. The office staff has had several turn overs. If fact, there is currently a 3rd property manager in the office currently. The Assistant Manager now is extremely rude. They are always pushing things off acting as if my requests are not important. I am still waiting on a phone call back about pest control. I have left several messages about this and I don't know about you but I can't stand spiders. I have seen 3 in the past month and I vacuum, dust, everything once a week. There are sprays for those critters. If you are thinking about moving here do not be misled by first impressions. At first management will speak nicely but if you ever need anything or question them they are quick to come back with a rude response and then it is downhill from there.
