I have lived in Quail Hollow for about a year and a half now, and when it was owned by Aimco, the only problem was getting people to fix stuff. Now, there is a problem with them knocking once, and then immediately coming in. When BH Properties took over recently, they did some stuff on our porch, and we had a fridge out there with some beers, and I went out and watched them drinking our beers out of our fridge. I was wondering what kind of property would hire people who are so unprofessional that they steal beers out of fridges' Also, they have recently decided to paint the brick grey, and my husband and I woke up to someone right outside our window (which is on the 2nd floor, it's a townhouse) painting and looking in. They have done stuff to inconvience us many times, without notes. As of right now, I am without water, because they decided to fix something without passing out notes or at least telling us that we would be without water at a certain time. Not a place I would recommend, and if I could, I would leave since BH Properties has ruined the property.
