I have been here for a year, and I have never had to file a complaint. However, I have had no water on three occasions this past March, and never got notation on why this keeps happening. Parking sometimes sucks, but I don't mind walking an extra few steps to the front door. Weekends are expected to be a little loud because that's the time to relax and/or enjoy company (but not past 11p.) And lastly, I think Libby, is by far a wonderful person. She never rushes us out the door or off the phone. Even though they stay busy with phones, maintenance, etc. She always listens and responds to whatever it is, and does not come off "snooty" like others.
