Management has always been lax about requests, but it has gotten ten times worse with BH management. After reading some of the comments, I realize I am not the only one. People enter your apartment without notice, and you're never informed. An example of this is that we have been without water several times at important times during the day for extended periods without warning or explanation and when you call the emergency line to report it or find out the problem, your call is not returned. The current office manager is rude, particularly when you make a request or point out that they failed to do something you requested multiple times. It's very easy to catch them in lies, and it has been my experience with the office staff that it's always someone else's fault. In terms of the office staff, it's primarily the manager that rubs you the wrong way. For the money they are charging for rent, it's not worth the aggravation and inadequacy. It initially seemed like a good place to live, but no longer does this play feels like a home. All of the improvements in the world, can't cover up rude and concerned management, with less than adequate professionalism and mediocre living conditions. It's not the worst, but it's most definitely is no where near the best. I am glad to finally be gone.
