I moved in in February of 2008. I love it, what people don't understand is when you have attitude brought to you, you are more than likely going to get attitude giving back. The Maint. staff is wonderful, if a problem can't be fix the supervisor Corey always with a smile let us know if it can't be fix at that moment it will get done. Some people I feel are inpatient and just mad because what the manager (Libby) did in the past is now not being done by the new manager.

It is true that the previous manager was an issue and the new manager seems to be really getting on the ball about things. I agree that the maintainence staff is wonderful and always very very accomidating. The apartments are improving and the issues I had when I initially moved in are in the process of being resolved. However,I don't think they are focusing on the proper repairs when doing the renovations. New fixtures are not appropriate on badly damaged doors and shotty patching of previous damage. The painter the construction crew uses to epoxy the tubs and tile does substandard work. The amenities that were here are no longer available. There is no tennis court, the club house is a storage area, and the 24 hour gym that was supposed to have been completed already hasn't been started. I think it would be helpful to the management team to have an onsite project manager for the construction crew because management can only do so much. The current construction manager is spread too thin between multiple locations and I have concerns about money being spent on an outdoor grilling area when some units need proper renovation. I think the new management is stepping up to the plate to have as many issues resolved in a timely matter that she can and it is not her fault that she inhereted a nightmare. With that said I will reserve my final opinion when all of the repairs that were promised are done.
