I am a single, working professional woman and have lived here on two occasions. Two years ago, and I recently moved in a little over two months ago. There was always a little piece of my heart that loved living at Quail Hollow. The staff is always quick to respond to my needs. It is very quiet and safe. It is the most "neighborhood" friendly apartment community I have ever lived in. On any given day, you can see the maintenance staff pick up the kids from the bus stop, on the golf cart to ensure their safety home. My home is extremely large, and has a very open floor plan. You can not find this kind of space, for this price anywhere in West Columbia. All my neighbors look out for me. They are all friendly. I was sad to see such bad responses on here. It is an older complex, but it has come such a long way since I was last here. I really have been satisfied with the customer service with the office and maintenance. I read one of the responses here that Nina inherited a nightmare, and I believe it. I am sure she had a lot on her plate when she got here. But like I said, things have changed, and when talking to some of my neighbors that have been here for some time, they all are happy with the way things are looking up. Nina and Kori and the rest of that team has really made an effort in changing my community. I am extremely happy here, and am constantly recommending Quail Hollow to coworkers and friends. Like I said before, it is worth a shake and well worth the money! See for yourself!!
