It's a college place. It's cheap, but there are always parties going on. I enjoyed living there until my last month when new tenants moved downstairs. They sat outside on their patio drinking and smoking late at night, which kept me up all the time because my window was above it. I kept complaining and the management kept sending them threatening letters, but because nothing changed I considered them bluffs.
