Choose another apartment to live in. The price is good but you get what you pay for. On several occasions the water was turned off in the entire complex and if you called about it you would get no explaination. I couldn't even take a shower for work several mornings. It seems like they could take care of these problems mid-afternoon when most people aren't home. Also the phone lines are old and continuously cause problems. I was without my home phone for 4 days one time. The apartment management "didn't have anything to do with it" and BellSouth was in the apartment complex the same day I called about my phone being out but I had to wait 3 more days for them to come fix the problem. Also, the airconditioning units freeze up. Once again it took 5 days for them to fix the problem. I had to sleep in a hotel room one night just so I could have a descent nights sleep. Also, walls and floors are paper thin, my neighbor likes to play his drums at all times of the day and night - he also plays his stereo really loud. Although I have complained to management nothing has come of this ongoing problem. So, if you like taking showers, talking on the phone, having your home be the temprature you choose, or like to sleep at night - this is not the place for you. Be aware of these problems that will occur before you move in. Find another place to live.
