I looked at Riverbend apartments a couple of months ago. Being a female single college student that works odd hours safety is very important to me, especially since I am new to the area. I directly asked questions about this and told it was perfectly safe and not to worry and blah blah blah. When I spoke with a friend on the police department I was told a COMPLETELY different story. Oh yeah, and then there is managment. They will tell you that if you put down a security deposit while you look at other apartments it is refundable if you change your mind-yeah, they lied about that too.
