Seriously, this place is a dump. It REEKS to high heaven in ANY apartment near the dumpsters 'cause the illegal immigrant workers don't bother to bag their trash before dumping it on the street in FRONT of the dumpsters. The mexican and rap music has a continual "sound-off" late at night, so sleeping's out of the question. I've heard no less than three instances of gunshots in the last four months here, seen drug deals go down and watched the cops raid an apartment. If your neighbors speak english you're doing well. If they aren't illegal immigrants crammed to the rafters and leer at your significant other, you're hallucinating.

There is NO insulation in the apartments, our power bill for a TINY 3 bedroom from March to October was over 150 a month. The AC doesn't work. It's 3pm at time of writing this and my digital thermometer says that the temp in here is 85 degrees. The A/C hasn't shut off in two months. Literally. I've had the maintenence people in here on four separate occasions- they tell me that this is better than most people here and I should just stop complaining.

They JUST added cable. No, it isn't digital.

The rooms are TINY and horribly laid out.

Our cabinet facings literally fell off onto the kitchen floor. The oven broke and it took them a WEEK to fix it, whereupon they blamed it on the fact that I had "used the oven too much." You mean, to cook' Who uses an oven for that'!

Oh, and two words: Roach Motel.

DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, LIVE HERE! IT ISN'T SAFE! IT ISN'T SANITARY! And for 730/month, you CAN find a better place to live!
