Unsafe neighborhood-difficult management

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
Pest control policy is spotty and unreliable, manager is downright difficult to deal with, policies never carried out to promise, ie. pool hours were always shortened and pool monitor position was understaffed, overworked, and paid very little. Gunshots were heard in complex on several occasions.
