Ok, so yeah, two college guys made sure to make friends with the neighbors really fast. First of all, we had the cops visiting every other night for the first 2 months. The apartment below and beside us were beating their wives. Finally they got taken away. Then some drunk people moved in, it wasn't an upgrade. The residents sit outside of our apartment with no shirts, yelling like drunks at the cars driving by. The trash is just littered everywhere. The Management is terrible! lied about a lot, when they miscommunicated on our move out time, they threw all of pots and pans in a trashbag and threw it out side. I had no dishes or glasses left. They charged us for property damage to the bathtub...that we reported for months that they didn't ever come fix! This place was the worst experience as a renter I have ever been through. These people are out to get money because most of their tenants don't speak English and can be easily taken advantage of.

Riverbend is awful and Judy is a B(ALL CAPS) she is over the apartments. The allow 10 people to stay in one apartment and have trash all on the outside. Judy allows thid to happen because she will get the rent on time and the owners think she is doing a great job (cancel that). No were to park or for the kids to play because it is to many grown ass men walking around that claim to speak no English. Please don't move out here you will be moving back out very fast.
