we moved here with great expections the community here seemed quiet,but were we in for a gruesome surprise,the neighbor we moved next to was hell to live next to,we complained to the staff,called the police done every thing right except choke this baboon, but to no avail nothing has been done.. dont move here ,the staff which is a new staff and to call them by name crystal among all the others cant do anything right except take your money,they are total IDIOTS..period...they dont write up incident reports when you complain you have to call the office numerous times to get anything fixed,chris doesnt know how to run a business professionally or solve problems he just basically sholves them under a rug,trust me you dont want to move here,and just to let you know he still have'nt solved the problem,but trust,we are definitley not holding our breath.i know that you have heard of the saying looks can be deceiving and in this case it's true...PS..OUR LAESE WILL BE UP IN 2 MTHS AND BELEIVE ME WE WILL NOT BE RENEWING...EVER.....

I think everyone who has suffered at the hands of West Vista needs to ban together and do something to stop this madness. They don't care about you PERIOD....I had a friend live there for a whole month and they had to leave because the staff would not fix anything. She came over to where I am and could not be happier. The called themself remodeling but her whole apartment fell apart within weeks of moving in. Its werid how all the american residents experience all of these problems but no one else does. Makes you go ummmmmmmmmm. Why cant residents get there repairs fixed??
