Maintanence is good but management doesn't seem too concerned with the excess fees charged to residents for things like snow removal and move out fees. They seem to have a contract with a local towing company that they use to tow cars that are "in the way" of removing snow in the parking, regardless of the amount of snow on the ground. And they don't even contact you about moving your car.

I've called management for 2 maintanence issues. One was handled quickly and the other required another phone call after a week of inactivity.
