I enjoy living in this apartment because the exterior and interior of the buildings are pretty. Plus I?ve made lots of friends here. We chose to live in these apartments because there isn?t much choice in the range of apartments in Dakota Dunes.
Our stay has been pleasant so far.... except for our interaction with the management. This is a common complaint amongst all my neighbours here. They never smile or treat you with respect or say "thank you". If we go to pick up packages or pay the rent, its like we?re committing a crime or offending them some way because we?re bothering them!! Excuse me, we?re PAYING RENT to stay at this place....and too high for this area I might add... we?re not staying here for free!! I have NEVER met such rude and unfriendly staff in my life!!
Bottom line: Stay at these apartments because they?re nice and possibly because you might not have much choice, but try and avoid management as much as possible!!
