First off, the rent is outrageous for what you get. They say you can rent month to month after your lease is up, but it changes after your lease runs out. They try to get you to sign a new six month lease. When you check in, make sure to write down everything you can imagine for damage such as; scratches on doorhandles, walls, etc. I mean anything you can think of becuase they will try to charge you for it when you move out. This place has had 4 different property managers in the 8 months that I lived there. When I first moved in, they had rented out my apartment after I had already had a lease. We had to get another apartment. The girls who work at this place are all large and in-charge ( if you know what I mean). The walls are thin and nothing works in the apartment when you move in. Our dishwasher never worked, even though we had called them repeatedly to fix it. Our microwave light never worked. Overall if you want to drop $800 a month on rent, call me. YOu can live in my garage. It will feel about the same
