The Dunes in it self is a great place to live. Its Safe and quite.
The owners & managers and staff are the worst of the worst, the owners are nothing but con's, they hire and fire staff like nothing treat the tenants like criminals. If they do get someone working there that actually work well with the tenants, are helpful and actually care about the property they fire them Asap ! I wouldnt rent anything from Hayloft property managment, wellington's dist. manager is also the un brite of the un brite ! All in all i would rent from the property who is taking over the dunes ! with awesome apt.s !! And Managers that kick butt!
