My family rented a 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit there for one year. We only moved because we were relocating out of state. Otherwise, we would have stayed. The management changed one time while we were there, but both managers were very good and the new manager is a retired detective who really knows his stuff. Any complait about anything issued was addressed and got taken care of. The layout of the apartment was nice. Very large living space, nice sized bathrooms and plenty of extra storage. For the most part, the neighbors were all very curtieous. We had super loud people who stomped around all the time above us, but that was the only complait I could give. This apartment complex is in a good area in Mitchell, very quiet, a newer constrction bldg with secure intercom access entry, and near a golf course in a very nice housing development. There was never an issue with parking. Always enough for the tenant and the guest and very well lit. The snow removal was always excellent as well. I give it 5 stars!
