I lived in these apartments while going to school at SD tech. When I moved out I was sad to leave.

The complex is tucked back in a neighborhood making it very quiet and somewhat secluded, but still very close to town. It is also in very close proximity to the wonderful multi-use trail running through Rapid City, making it convenient for anyone who enjoys walking/running/cycling as well as for people who bike commute to work. There is also a nice mountain bike/ hiking trail just down the road from the complex.

The floor plans are very nice and make fantastic use out of the space. My single bedroom apartment felt much larger then it really was. The air conditioning unit only really cooled the living room, but that was only an issue a few nights a year as nights in the Black Hills are generally cool. The apartments themselves are older, but in pristine condition.

The leasing staff is also exceptionally friendly and wonderful.
