I have lived in this complex for 8 years now and I absolutely love it. The staff is the friendliest and most helpful around, the area is beautiful. We sit off the main thoroughfare so there's not alot of street noise. You can go on a nightly walk and feel safe. If anything ever goes wrong in your apartment the maintenance staff is quick to help and fix the problem.
I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

Hummmmm. You must WORK HERE! Did you miss the gunshots, car brake in??????s, and yelling gang members!!???? Man if your going to recommend this ---- hole to your friends I feel sorry for them. Do not live here and stay away. This place sucks! Thats why I moved.

i agree with the above post. apartments are old and need updating. A/C units suck and do not cool the apartment. Shannon in the front office is full of hot air and thinks every male in the place is hitting on her. my GF is WAAAY hotter than she is--or could even hope to be. she needs to get a grip. Also, there are cigarette butts in the halls and the glass doors to enter the bldg are always filthy. Would not recommend unless you like old buildings and flaky staff. The only plus is Philip, the maintenance guy--he is prompt and honest and actually works.
