Nice quiet place to live.

This apartment building is at a dead end of a street on the west side of Rapid City. There is minimal traffic that goes by the building. A hiking trail is out back, so some traffic of people heading to it, but not that much. I live on the backside of the building and my view out my windows is out across a meadow. Plenty of parking for you and your guests. You can rent a garage($40) or storage space($15)if needed. Pool is small but nice and well kept. Heat, water, sewer, trash, and basic cable are included in rent. Other tennants are friendly. Overall, a very nice quiet place to live.
