This was a pretty good place to live. Utilities were paid, and the rent was reasonable. Our building was quiet, the view is very nice, and it does have a central location in the city. The management was courteous, if not always totally attentive. My biggest complaint is the constant repairs that went on while we were there - windows being replaced, siding repaired, etc. These repairs always took about a month longer than expected, and moving furniture to accomodate them was very inconvienient. We lived here for nearly a year - it was fine for us, but I'm not sure I'd choose it for long term.
