My rent includes all utilities. The complex is on a hill and very little noise from the city comes up here. However, sometimes deer, turkeys or red fox come by. The buildings and grounds are well maintained. If I've ever had something that I needed help on (e.g.,I couldn't open a window one day) they respond the same day. (Weekends may take a mite longer, however.) The decks/patios are covered, and quite private most of the time.

The only drawbacks I'm aware of are that there is no place for your own washer, dryer, or freezer. Also there is no linen closet.

Nonetheless, I feel fortunate to have found an apartment here.
