Chose this complex based solely on the view from my apartment which was over the hills and quiet neighborhoods. Sure deer would come by ocassionaly, but they were far and few between. First floor apartment had new carpet, paint and utilities included. Reasonable rent and decent neighbors. Not enough parking since everyone took liberties to park in my assigned spot. The only bad thing about this was the huge hill to get up to the apts and worse when the snow made it impossible to do so. Apt manager was very nice and helpful to military residents.
