Windows get broken out of cars, from the fights in the parkin lots. The New managers suck and are not cleaning the place up. They do not fix or repair anything. I have waited months for repairs. I enjoyed living @ The Pines for 2 years from 2005-2007 - The apartments are modern, clean, and in an excellent community. The price was higher than average for the city, but, laundry was free. The common areas and the grounds were well maintained and the apartments were clean, and had newer appliances. What a ride! - This is where I grew up. There is such a wide community of people. We had a wide range of managers from the 9 years I lived there with my mom. It is a low-budget place to live in. There was definitely diversity in cultures and that was really cool to me to see different people move in and out.
