The building is secure and the parking is fair. Not worth the money. - I chose to live here because I have a dog and there aren't many other decent options in SF. This place is pretty expensive compared to other apartments in town. These places look really nice and for the most part are. The problem is if you have a problem with the apt. good luck getting it fixed. My air conditioning was broke for about a month.
