Life in my apartment at Bennington Hill was good up to this point.
I believe when your lease is up, they want you out.
I am on a month to month lease and they are making every effort to get me out.
Including leaving written messages saying my apartment living is unfavorable.
Yet when I call them they don't answer, they don't return my calls, and refuse to give me a reason why my apartment isn't up to their standards. I've been in my apartment just over a year now, and this just started three days ago. So I am convinced it is because I'm not in on a contract with them, just month to month. My apartment isn't excessively dirty, it doesn't smell, I live alone, I don't have pets or kids, I don't host parties. I live alone and don't disturb anyone. So beware if you are checking this place out for an apartment.
