	Started out good...went downhill...ended up keeping my deposit and charging my roommate an extra $180 for stupid things. Much better places to stay in sioux falls...

	Management is poor. It seems you can never get ahold of anybody. Very poor looking apartments. Nothing works. I felt very unsafe at these apartments. People yelling and fighting outside the buildings through out the night. Parking lot unlight. Carpets ... more

	You can't have a grill, even though they have over 300 units in Sioux Falls, they make you send your rent to Des Moines so that they can collect more late fees, and you can get a much better deal ... more
