I agree, that it has good ammenities and is close to shopping. The manager is nice, but things are not always fixed on a timely basis. Yes they do get done, after a few days. Not too good with dealing with noisy neighbors. Complaints are pushed aside and ignored. Over the course of time, there seems to be quite a bit of "riff raff" and youngsters which is comtributing to more of the recent disturbances.
I think if they continue to rent to these type of clients, once was a nice place will turn into the 21st century Animal House.
