I agree with the majority of ratings. As some have said, it used to be a great place as it is across from Sertoma Park, but it is like living in the projects of South Dakota. Alot of young people with rap music booming from their cars driving in the parking lot at 2:00 a.m. in the morning. Landlord is very old and as long as she gets the rent, everything is fine.
It's too bad, as it is a great location and the ammenities are good, but the other "ammenities" such as loud music, people coming in and out at all hours and beer bottles spread in the areas of the property outways the good.

I agree totally with you! You said everything I would have very well. It is a no brainer, don't live at Oxbow Park.
