Do not go to Oxbow Park! It is a very noisy, dirty place! The people there party and the 80 year old manager does nothing! Her husband is very rude and if you go to them for to complain about the noise or things not working, they will do what they can to evict you! This is the worst place I ever lived and wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy! So glad that I am no longer there!
