I was a resident there for a year because I needed to abide by the lease, and so glad that I am no longer there. It was very noisy, office people were very old and are fine as long as you don't have a leak or a problem. My car was broken into there and no one would do anything about it. Someone there saw who it was and says does not want involved. So neighbors are not good either.
I say look for somewhere else and save yourself some grief.
