The location is a little crappy, since I'm a student, and it's one of the furthest apartments from the university, but everything else is pretty good about this place. The managers are awesome, really easy going, not nosey. Maintenance issues get taken care of right away. I did face mold issues, but it came off easily with bleach. Rent is cheap compared to other properties. The quality of the cabinets and countertops are great. Everything was updated recently, so it looks nice as well. Since it's all first level and brick, it's not very energy efficient. Tough having friends over though, since there's just enough parking for each apartment, if each place is rented out, but there's plenty of parking on the street, which isn't very far from each place. The apartment complex itself isn't a pretty color (it's peach), but the inside looks amazing. Laundry kinda sucks in the winter, but it's deal-able. In order to get to the laundry room, you gotta walk outside. It's cheaper than the laundromats though. The laundry facilities are kept up.
