The landlord Mike is hard to get a hold of and when you do you will be lucky to get a straight answer from him. We rented a three bedroom apartment but he only gave us two keys and then told us to make a copy. That was odd and then when we tried to make a copy we kept having issues with the key working. The hole for the deadbolt was too small and so it made it hard to lock and unlock the door. We called several times about the issue and it took nearly 4 months for him to come by to fix it. We also had an issue with the sliding glass door locking and asked him to fix that and he ended up asking if we knew of someone who could fix it, which ended up being my dad, rather then coming over to fix it himself. The third room was extremely small because it was a storage closet that he made a little bit bigger. Rent is way too high as well.
