Stay Away I would avoid Saracen Courts. They recently replaced their windows and doors and now have a really bad mold problem. I got a really bad respritory problem from living there. It is also noisy and the mangers husband is not all that nice.
Just a further note avoid any other properties

Not that bad The location is a little crappy, since I'm a student, and it's one of the furthest apartments from the university, but everything else is pretty good about this place. The managers are awesome, really easy going, not nosey. Maintenance issues get taken
