The apartment was in good shape when I moved in - new kitchen and windows. They have both RCN and ATT broadband - a choice finally! Good parking. No gym but thats OK (less money).

Avoid here if you are using AT&T cell phone - I was with AT&T wireless when I stayed in this apartment. But the signal bar was always low. I cannot use my cell phone inside the apartment or in the balcony. I had to stay in the parking lot to make important phone calls.
