Highly recommended - My fiancee and I lived at Dalclifton for two years and really enjoyed it. The owners are the key selling point. Not only do they live on grounds but any problem with the unit was fixed quickly - often the same day. Furthermore, they quickly addressed any (very rare) noise problem. The owners are so awesome, in fact, that on one occasion when we couldn't make it back from out of ...Full review of Dalclifton Apartments

Great Place To Live - I lived at Rock Quarry Village and it was a sad day when I moved from there. I lived in one of the 2 bedroom townhomes and both bedrooms were a good size, and each had their own bathroom (plus a half bath downstairs for guests). The apartment also had a washer and dryer which was nice, as quite a few places in Columbia don't come with them. The management was always personable and the ...Full review of Rock Quarry Village

Great Place! - I lived at Ashley Ridge for 2 years and had a good experience. Wendy is very helpful and friendly and if we ever needed maintenance it was taken care of quickly. Since the tenants are only graduate students or professionals the place is pretty quiet. It is also a great location if you want to be close to campus. ...Full review of Ashley Ridge

I'm gonna miss my little one bedroom there - I lived here for about a year - my senior year of college and first summer of grad school. I had a one bedroom unit which was the perfect size for me and my little cat. The landlord was the most helpful I've had in Columbia. Anytime I had maintenance issues the he addressed them the day I called. I didn't have a problem with noise until the last month I lived there, when someone ...Full review of Stadium Apartments

Great place to live, but a few nitpicks - I'm currently in my 3rd year of living at Broadway Village. Here is my breakdown: Pluses: The location is great for me right by 63/I-70, campus, downtown, restaurants and stores. The complex is well maintained and looks nice year round. Free internet and TV with a few digital channels and a lot of others (like 3 HBO channels). You will have to get your own cable modem, but ...Full review of Broadway Village Apartments

Prime location w/ good deals - I've lived in UP 2 years. Doug bought us new couches when we voiced concern over the first ones we had--they hurt a little bit to sit on. UPA was quick to address our concern though. We got a new oven/stove and dishwasher when we renewed our lease. I thought my roommate bought me a new coffee cup the first time she washed it. For the utilities we get and the fully furnished rooms, ...Full review of University Place Apartments

Not that bad - For the price and convenience of shuttles and furnishing, it really wasn't that bad. Sure, it was loud and there was no place to park at times, but its an apt complex geared towards undergrads, what can you expect? I did have to file a few noise complaints but the problem was always taken care of, so it could have been worse. Maintenance issues were always taken care ...Full review of The Reserve at Columbia

Not THAT bad ...ok, sorta bad - Columbia has pretty cheap apartments. We pay 545 split between 2 people, so 272.50 a month for a two bedroom - two bath. The problems: The walls are very thin, and insulation sucks. It costs about 100 to heat in the winter and 100 to cool in the summer. You can hear every footstep upstairs, so if you move here, get an upstairs apartment. They put in new glass doors to ...Full review of Eagle's Crest

Not a good place but a cheap place.... - I have lived here for 2 years and it's horrible. It's very unprofessional. They couldn't even find my file or lease. This place is falling apart. Lights don't work, dishwasher overflowed for months, old appliances and just a disaster. Ants, spiders and ladybugs galore. Utilities SKY HIGH this fall because my air vents weren't working well. They didn't fix this ...Full review of Campus View Apartments Rated Good:Parking • Maintenance

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! - This place is absolutely horrific. When we first moved into our apartment, the carpets were still wet and moldy from the previous tenant. There was mold left on both of our shower floors. The door to our deck was missing the door knob. The stove drip pans were filthy and still covered with grease. The carpets were stained and my roommates door had an enormous hole that was never replaced or ...Full review of Grindstone Canyon Rated Bad:Office Staff |
