However, the maintenance crew verified that it had been prepped but NOT painted. Three months after move in, The property manager notified him,(by knocking on his door at 6pm) that he would have to sign a new lease. And,his rent would be raised. more

For the price, these apartments are fantastic. Being a student at the university my commute was minimal, which was also great.
